Adam Cahill leads the Experience Strategy department at Hill Holliday, a cross-functional team that develops modern communications approaches that build business value through the direct interactions consumers have with brands. Before leading the Experience Strategy department Adam was the EVP, Co-Media Director at Hill Holliday, during this time Hill Holliday, was named Media Agency of the Year by Media Magazine, and became the only agency to win Adweek’s Media Plan of the Year four years in a row.
Adam is actively involved in the adtech startup community, serving as an advisor to Angel Street Capital, Bridge Two Worlds, and Azigo, and lead the launch of Project Beacon, Hill Holliday’s partnership initiative with startups that accelerates innovation. Before joining Hill Holliday Adam spent eight years in the Boston office of Carat, where he was ultimately the SVP, General Manager, responsible for the clients, culture, operations, and P&L for brands including Wachovia, Reebok, Philips, and Cablevision. Prior to joining Carat Adam worked in the New York offices of Agency.com and C2 Creative.
Adam has been named a Media All-Star by Adweek and a Media Maven by The Ad Club, speaks regularly at events like OMMA and Ad:Tech, and is a frequent contributor to the marketing industry’s leading publications, including Advertising Age, AdEx- changer, iMediaConnection, MediaPost, and ClickZ.
