(SVP, Account Director) Alicia joined Hill Holliday in 2010 and brings digital thinking, creativity, and innovation to our client engagements. With 16 years of digital experience, she has a diverse background that spans financial services, high-tech, and consumer goods. Alicia has managed consulting engagements for companies including IBM, Unilever, Philips, Fidelity Investments, Putnam, Reebok, Humana, and Bank of America. And her experience includes interactive strategy, large-scale global site development, and social and digital marketing. Building lasting client relationships, crafting proactive account strategies, and working with her teams to create best-in-class solutions, Alicia has a special passion for creativity and innovation and brings fresh perspective to client challenges.
In her current role with Bank of America, Alicia works to secure C-level support and recognition for the cultural shift that social media presents, implements social-media policies to mitigate risks, conducts social-media training programs, and creates scalable social-media strategies and tactics. In her role with Bank of America, Alicia will continue in this role and further evangelize the power and value of social media across the firm.
