Priya leads our user experience practice serving as the voice for the end user. She works hand in hand with the strategy, account, creative, and development departments to help architect the best user experience for the customer offline and online.  Priya brings over 18 years of marketing experience and a decade plus of specific UX knowledge to our clients. She maps out the user experience and touch-points, helping to architect the ultimate experience.

Priya's client work at Hill Holliday includes Liberty Mutual's The Responsibility, Cigna, Bank of America, Dunkin Donuts, Major League Baseball, TJ Maxx, Great Wolf, Chillis and Novartis to name a few. Prior to Hill Holliday, Priya was at Arnold for 6 years, overseeing experience strategy and information architecture on digital and integrated projects for clients across the Arnold network. Her clients at Arnold and prior agencies included Fallon Healthcare, Tiffany & Company, Head of the Charles Regatta, The Legacy Foundation's truth Campaign, Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, ESPN, Ocean Spray, The Walden Woods Project, Vonage, Jack Daniels, Panasonic, Volvo, Oral-B and MIT World. She is a three time MITX finalist, and two time MITX winner for her work on ESPN, Timberland, TAG, Carnival, and American Legacy Foundation and has won over 24 awards for her digital work over the years.
