To Call or To Tweet

@maggiefoley was sharing this amazing story of her lost jacket last week, and because it was such a great story I thought it would be easier to tell in a video. Rather than post a bunch of links (which are referenced in the video), I’m happy to present Call or Tweet.

In the chatty world of social media it seems often we forget that customer satisfaction is the name of the game. Big props to Heather (@spirit_helper) from Spirit Airlines.

  1. With all the garbage being touted as “conversation” via social media, it is refreshing to see a real dialogue happening between brand and individual. Hope fully the airline and/or Logan has learned something about customer service from this.
