Dorothy Urlich

Dorothy is Hill Holliday’s Creative Manager. She is passionate about the creative product and works resiliently to help make the work and the agency better each day. This tenure marks her third time at the agency and she loves the role of finding and matching the perfect talent for the agency she knows so well. Dorothy co-founded and helps curate our agency art gallery and also wears the hat of account director on all Hill Holliday’s creative pro bono work.
Prior to Hill Holliday, Dorothy held just about every creative services role possible throughout her career: traffic manager, art buyer, print producer, broadcast producer, designer and marketing communications director. Previous agencies include Mullen where she was director of production, and Pagano, Schenck and Kay where she worked for a long time as director of creative services. She also had a stop on the client side at Fidelity Investments.
Dorothy currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of the Massachusetts College of Art. She graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in Studio Art and a minor in business.
