Rob Rich

Executive Vice President, Group Creative Director
"When creativity runs through the veins of the office, great things happen. Account people want to sell great work, producers want to make the work better, and creative people push their work forward. This is how I learned about the power of an idea," says Rob. "We didn't have to simply reflect what people were thinking and show understanding and empathy. We could persuade people to look at a product, a brand, or the world in an entirely new way." Rob's work has won many national and regional advertising awards; he also brings his knowledge of the industry to the academic sector, lecturing at Boston University, Massachusetts College of Art, and The Art Institute of Boston. In addition, Rob has work on permanent display at New York's Museum of Modern Art.
