Twitter’s Robin Sloan on TV Content & Being Human

There were over 2 million Tweets during the television broadcast of the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) leaving little doubt now, in 2011, that Twitter has become an important part of the TV experience.

Twitter Media's Robin Sloan works at the intersection of Twitter + mainstream media partnerships and he put together an exclusive video for our TVnext summit sharing some of his insights as to how "TV is getting social" with new kinds of content.



I, personally, love his advice about rethinking what constitutes content in the first place in order to push the limits of what's interesting and innovative on television. I would also like to see what exactly a "robo TV mega player plus pro" might look like in 5 years. wink
