Lesley recently joined Hill Holliday as Chief Strategy Officer. The move marks a return for Lesley: she was Chief Strategy Officer at Hill Holliday from 2004 to 2010, where she successfully led departments in Boston and New York. Since returning, she has helped attract notable new business including Planet Fitness and Tempur Sealy International. Wins during her initial tenure included Rockport, Smith Barney, Cleveland Clinic, Chili’s, Toys“R”Us, The American Red Cross, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Novartis.
Most recently Lesley was Chief Strategy Officer at DiMassimo Goldstein in New York, as well as Managing Director of Propolis, the in-house brand-consulting and consumer research company. In these roles, she led strategy for iconic brands such as Reader’s Digest, Sallie Mae, Weight Watchers, and Calvin Klein globally, as well as entrepreneurial brands such as TradeStation, Online Trading Academy, and Caregiverhomes.com.
Over the last several years, Lesley has been focused on a multidisciplinary approach to strategic planning — working closely with media, social, digital strategy, and UX to optimize understanding of customer mindset, attitudes, and behaviors.
