The VP, Director - Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for creating and driving all ED&I initiatives, both internally and externally. This person will work closely with our CEO, ED&I council and ERGs to build ED&I strategies, implement and manage programs, and nurture partnerships that will ensure Hill Holliday meets all ED&I goals.
