Summer Intern – Information Technology

Hill Holliday’s Information Technology department is looking for a
detail-oriented individual that has a passion for technology and is looking to
gain valuable industry experience.

The Fall and Spring programs are unpaid, and interns are required to receive academic credit.

As an IT Intern you will work collaboratively with the various teams within
the IT department to gain a strong understanding of the day-to-day
responsibilities of the various roles within an enterprise IT department. In
addition, you will gain valuable exposure to:

● The Service Desk
● Asset Inventory & Purchasing
● Infrastructure and Networking
● Security
● Project Management
● Business Analysis
Key Skills / Requirements
● Document, track, and monitor end-user technical problems and ensure
their timely resolution. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing,
maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software while ensuring
optimal computer performance and user experience
● Knowledge of mobile technologies including cell phones and tablets
● Operating systems to be supported include: Mac OS X, Windows, iOS
● Software to be supported includes, but is not limited to: Adobe Creative
Suite, MS Office suite, ServiceNow, internal business applications and
workflow software
● Provide remote support to offsite users
● Clear communicator—both verbal and written skills
● Strong customer service skills
● Well organized
