- 8+ years of experience in an advertising agency or a CRM / direct marketing-focused role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Management experience
- CRM and/or direct marketing experience necessary, as this person will help to manage the CRM work and/or CRM vendor.
