Hill Holliday’s internship program is designed to offer interns a real-life learning experience by providing them with maximum exposure to the day-to-day business of a full-service advertising agency. Once accepted into the program, interns are assigned to work in one of the agency‘s many departments. (All work assignments are based on agency need/availability.) Throughout the program, interns also have the opportunity to attend weekly seminars that offer them exposure to other areas of the agency beyond their assigned departments.
