Hill Holliday’s internship program is designed to offer interns a real-life learning experience by providing them with maximum exposure to the day-to-day business of a full-service advertising agency. Once accepted into the program, interns are assigned to work in one of the agency‘s many departments. (All work assignments are based on agency need/availability.) Throughout the program, interns also have the opportunity to attend weekly seminars that offer them exposure to other areas of the agency beyond their assigned departments. Our summer internship program offers the opportunity for interns to compete in “The Pitch,” which is an intensive group project working with our New Business team.

Eligibility & Program Details
- Students in an undergraduate program who are rising seniors are invited to apply
- Program Dates: June – August (8 weeks)
- 40 hours per week
- Paid internship
Application Deadline for the Summer Program is February 1st
Hill Holliday’s internship panel will begin reviewing applications for the Summer program after the application deadline of February 1st. All applicants will receive a response by approximately April 1st. Resumes received after February 1st will not be considered.
Please note that if you have already submitted your resume and application, follow-up phone calls to check the status of your application are not necessary. All applicants will receive email communication from Human Resources approximately 1-2 months after the program application deadline.
