Role Overview:

The Director of Digital Innovation serves as lead strategist, UX expert, and program manager for all client-facing digital platforms, including digital advertising, microsites, apps, and CMS based platforms. This position conceives new digital experiences that engage and inspire our diverse audiences; oversees the information architecture, development, and routine maintenance of these projects and platforms; manages cross-functional project teams that include agency teams and outside vendors; and ensures a user-friendly experience across the board. The Director of Digital Innovation oversees an in-house development and production team and will collaborate closely with other departments such as media, content strategy, design and creative departments.  This role will also build and oversee a digital studio that would be responsible for execution and extensions of creative deliverables, including but not limited to banners, microsites, and other OLA initiatives.
