The Group Media Director (GMD) is a member of the Integrated Strategy & Planning team. This team use science to understand what motivates a person, and then we create ideas designed to move people.  We take those ideas and make them go wherever, whenever people are. The GMD is also responsible for setting and improving standards of strategic and creative thinking in all media services.  The GMD must be an agency role model in terms of leadership, client relations and interdepartmental integration.
