This NoVA/Charleston/Vegas native landed in Boston in 2012 with a graphic design portfolio in one hand and a cat in the other. While finishing up her graduate degree at Boston University, she stumbled into the Hill Holliday office on a class trip and thought, “Yep, this is where I need to be.” Turns out the feeling was mutual. Her background in web and graphic design, public relations, and communication research somehow made her the perfect fit for digital strategy on the healthcare team. Jess works closely with Novartis and Johnson & Johnson brands to launch DTC digital campaigns and social media extensions.
