Born on the tropical island of the Dominican Republic and raised on the not-so-tropical island of Manhattan, Ramon fell in love with painting at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and advertising at the School of Visual Arts. He became a copywriter after Sal DeVito made him choose, Art or Copy, during one of his classes.
Throughout his career, Ramon has created work for a multitude of clients including Paramount Pictures, Dick's Sporting Goods, Timex, Dunkin Donuts, BMW, New York Organ Donor, Hampton Farms, Drakkar Essence, Microsoft, and Courtyard Hotels. His work has been recognized by Cannes, The Clios, and The Shorty Awards. But what really gets Ramon’s competitive juices flowing are the dance battles he gets into in the hallways while dressed up as a snowman.
